Hey all! Welcome back to yet another blog post by yours truly. Today I will be talking about the MLS Eastern Conference Final between Atlanta United and Toronto FC . The final took place this week in the city of Atlanta at Mercedes Benz Stadium. The defending champions Atlanta scored early on in the match as it looked like they would come out on top once again. The crowd of almost 80,000 diverse fans from the city made sure their presence was felt throughout the whole game when supporting Atlanta. Unfortunately however, things began to change when Toronto leveled the score of the game at 1-1. Things began to turn sour for Atlanta United as they were being outplayed badly. Then Toronto scored a second time gaining the lead 2-1. The game ended with this scoreline after a very exciting 90 minutes of football. It was a shame Atlanta United could not replicate the success they had with winning the championship last year, but they have a very promising future ahead of them.
